About
I have the pleasure of serving as Executive Vice President of United Concessions Group, where I represent Hayat Rababy in her 100% ACDBE business across both operated and joint venture locations. I am grateful for the opportunity to support her vision and leadership, which has shaped a model centered on both operating our own units and partnering with national brands through joint ventures. This approach provides a practical, real-time understanding of how agreements, policies, and partnerships perform in true operating environments.
Over the past several years, our organization has expanded across multiple airports and concepts. Through this growth, and with Mrs. Rababy’s continued guidance, I have gained direct experience with the challenges ACDBEs face, including lease structures, operational execution, and building sustainable, long-term growth.
If elected, I will bring a grounded, operator-focused perspective to the Board. I would be honored to contribute in a way that helps ensure policies and partnerships reflect the realities of running and scaling businesses in today’s airport environment, while supporting AMAC’s mission and the continued success of its members.

Lead a multi-unit airport concessions platform operating across multiple airports and concepts. Oversee operations, financial performance, and growth initiatives. Lead lease negotiations, organizational scaling, and day-to-day operational oversight.
Lease, Financial, & Operational Strategy
Manage lease structures, operational planning, and financial performance across airport environments. Experience includes minimum annual guarantees, contract compliance, and aligning operations with long-term financial sustainability.
